How does AiTmed handle referrals between healthcare providers?
Go to your IOS App Store or Google Play and search for "AiTmed Provider" to download.
Where do I find the app?
Go to patient login and press 'reset password via email' and follow the email steps. When creating the account, you must enter a PR helper (password recovery helper). This helper can be a friend, family member, etc. They must also have an AiTmed account. The helper will log into their account and should receive an inbox message with a verification code for the user to input. Once input, the user can create a new password and re-enter their account.

Alternatively, you can call our customer service at 657-220-5555 and we will contact our IT team to reset or receive a verification code for you to enter a new password.
